•The South African National Biodiversity Institute (SANBI) is looking for two highly motivated, efficient, and enthusiastic individuals to process specimen backlogs and upgrade datasets for the Natural Science Collections Facility (NSCF) partner institutions.
•Ensure data verification and management.
•Manage physical curation process.
•Perform scientific curation duties.
•This position requires a degree in Life Sciences, Ecology, Biology, Zoology, or equivalent qualification at NQF 7.
•A postgraduate qualification or equivalent qualification at NQF 8 will be an added advantage.
•This position also requires a minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in a natural science museum curation environment.
