Job Summary


An exceptional opportunity awaits a dynamic individual with the right qualifications and experience to assume the position of Payment Administration Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities


Reporting to the Head: Loans Administration, the ideal candidate will be required to:
 Disbursement of funds for Mortgage Loan and Asset Finance.
 Disbursement of Pension Backed Loans and Access Bonds.
 Processing of refunds on loan settlements
 Administration of loan accounts.
 Check accuracy of invoices from third Party for commission payment.
 Report on loans disbursed and outstanding commitments
 Update and maintain instalment accuracy on the banking system

Qualifications and Experience


The following entry requirements must be met in order to be considered for this position:
 Post Matric qualification in Finance /Administration and or Accounting
 A minimum of 5 (five) years’ experience in Finance or Housing.
 Knowledge of housing and compliance legislation
 High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
 Computer literacy at intermediate level in Excel Microsoft word.
 Knowledge of compliance legislation.
 Proven ability to calculate, post and allocate costs accurately
 Good Communication, negotiation, analytical and conceptual skill.
 Ability to work as part the boarder team.
