Job Summary

Applications are invited for the above-mentioned position to be based at our Greenpark site in Epping. This person will report to the Financial Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
• Strategic support of Business Alignment
• Co-ordinate budget and forecasting processes
• Ensure monthly completeness of financial transactions for the Region
• Analyse/Reporting on monthly regional cost and budget/forecast variances and assist

Cost Centre Managers with interpretation and opportunities to improve the business
• Prepare, analyse and report monthly on Regional profitability and brand performance,

as well as specific management informational reports
• Prepare monthly Excise account and submitting on e-filing, as well as related control checks
• CAPEX control and Asset registers
• Regular Regional Internal Audits and internal control checks
• Co-ordinate Quality Management documentation and reviews
• Effective management of the Management Accounting Department and subordinates
• Perform ad hoc financial project studies

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
• A Commercial degree with Accounting will be advantageous.
• Proven financial management and internal control experience
• Ability to work independently, accurately and with excellent time management skills.
• Strong analytical acumen and interpretation skills
• Business improvement mindset and solution driven
• Experience in an auditing environment would be an added advantage
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Customer focused and Team support
• Proven computer literacy in SAP and MS office
