Job Summary

•To analyse the maintenance activities information captured on the system and draw meaningful conclusions from it. •To develop and implement the Routine Work Management process effectively and to ensure that all PAM and SAP PM System end-users are competent and to ensure the integrity, integration, and development of all PAM processes

Duties and Responsibilities

•Consistently apply Safety & Health principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities
•Ensure that that the master data on the SAP maintenance system is accurate, reliable and in the required format to ensure optimal use and the correct output from the system
•Ensure that the SAP BW and SAP PM systems are functional at all times and that corrective actions are taken when any problem arises
•Define requirements for completing approved work as per Operating Model Planning process
•Drive delivery the sustainability activities as relevant to discipline and set out in the Life of Asset •Plan to improve sustainability performance over time
Implement management processes for employee & contractor management within work area
•Manage adherence to compliance governance within the teams
•Conduct investigation of incidents (safety, health, environmental and social) within work area

Qualifications and Experience

-Qualifications:
•National Certificate (Mechanical/Electrical) N4. or
•National Certificate in Asset Maintenance Management (NQF Level 5)
•Maintenance Planner •Qualification would be an advantage
•Valid South African Driver’s License essential

-Requirements:
•Relevant experience in systems maintenance management and SAP PM
•Working knowledge on all SAP modules under PM (Finance, MM, WM)
