Job Summary

AECI Mining Chemicals is looking to employ a Debtors Admin Clerk.

Duties and Responsibilities

To maintain credit limits by reviewing on receipt of request for credit limit increases.
Process credit limit review on .NET for authorisation.
To review credit applications for opening of new accounts accurately on Syspro.
To receive and process requests for opening of new Co-Op sub accounts on Syspro.
To receive and process requests for opening of new COD accounts on Syspro.
Ensure that credit limits are reviewed annually.
To perform debt collection responsibilities.
To attend to client and crop advisor queries.
Assist with printing of debtor invoices, reconciliation and statements.
Assist with the mailing of accounts
Process standard month end transactions and reconciliation relating to debtor’s accounts.
Participation in the external year end audit and internal audits in the manner prescribed on a timely basis.
Maintain database of client information.
Act as backup for Credit Controller and Debtors Admin Clerks.
