•Monitor work of service providers
•Submit subsidy applications to the Gauteng provincial government Manage the allocation of houses after approvals are received
•Issue referrals to Group •Financial Services for billing
•Ensure the safekeeping of title deeds from the Deeds Office
•Issue title deeds timeously to beneficiaries
•Provide written, verbal and telephonic information to all enquiries daily
•Handle disputed title deeds and facilitate rectification processes •Process subsidy applications
•Provide logistical and administrative support
•Conduct the sale, transfer and registration of properties
•Provide support service administration
•Provide an enquiry and information service
•Maintain the filing system
• Relevant working experience in a housing administration environment
•A valid driving licence
