Administrative Assistant must complete their duties accurately and on time always. Administration assistants work with people from different levels from customers, management, and even organization directors. Administrators are also responsible for overseeing and supervising junior admin staff. Office administrators are good multitaskers and hard workers that ensure that organization are well-oiled machines. To be an office administrator you need a minimum requirement of a matric certificate but a degree is preferred more. The average salary of an office administrator is R116,716 per year. Office administrators must be detail-oriented and analytical in nature. They must exhibit good communication skills both in oral and written terms. They should keep all office items in the order and also keep the office clean and presentable. Sometimes office administrators are responsible for some receptionist tasks. Every office needs an office administrator to keep things running efficiently hence highlighting the importance of this position.
